Compassion Kindness

Kindness & Compassion

Be kind and show compassion!

‘When you begin to be kind to people, begin to give to people materially or financially... or you give emotionally... or you learn to send good thoughts. . . or you learn to give through kind speech, then the spiritual centre starts to open up’ (Master Hector Ramos)

Look Back

Remember what it feels like to be kind. To be compassionate.

We think we are compassionate, loving and kind.

This is what our minds make us believe.

But the truth is, when we live a hectic, busy life, we have no time to look within.

Energetically, our lower energy centres are over-activated and congested and our upper energy centres are closed off. (See the Energy - Body section for more on energy centres.)

The end result is an inability to feel and emit compassionate and loving-kindness energies.

This was the case for me.
Even though, I was thinking about my job pretty much 24/7, my mind convinced itself that I was kind and compassionate.

But actually, I was not. Certainly not to my family, even though I would not admit it at the time.

Not until I left my career and had more time did I realise this.

Not until I attended a pranic healing workshop, did I realise my heart and crown energy centres were not really fully functional.

I was, in effect, out of balance whilst in the corporate world.

When you become out of balance, you often think you are compassionate and kind, but actually, when you live a super busy life, you don’t feel those emotions of compassion kindness and love as strongly as you can.

The net result is that the overall energy emitted from your being is a lot denser in frequency.

Activating the heart  and crown energy centres by doing a meditation such as Twin Hearts allows you to re-balance.

You then start to feel the real emotions of love, kindness and compassion.

Balancing your upper and lower energy centres result in a more balanced being, with a higher energy vibration.

Understand

Refrain from judging others for their actions.

See things for what they are.

See things from the energy viewpoint.

Show compassion for people’s situations and circumstances and try to understand the root cause energetically.

Try not to see through the eyes of the ego.

Balance

Balance your spirituality with compassion and kindness for others.

What is the point of being spiritual, and of having your spiritual practices, when acts of kindness and compassion towards your family and others are lacking?

Once you start to realise the benefits of yoga, meditation and other spiritual practices, it easy to let them become the focus of your life and let other things slip.

Sometimes, your spiritual practices have to take a back seat, so that you can spend quality time with friends and family and show kindness and compassion towards them.

Learn to balance the areas of your life.

Remember, it’s not just about you and your own spiritual development.

It is also about helping others in their journey in any small way that is feasible.

Accept that not everyone will be in the same place on their spiritual journey.

Trust that they will get to where they need to be in divine time.

Ups and Downs

Let’s not be under any illusion.

Showing loving-kindness 100 per cent of the time does not always happen.

You will have up and down days during your spiritual transformation.

The most important thing is to set the intention that you want to be more kind and compassionate.

Slowly, you will become aware of the increasing amounts of kindness and compassion in your daily life.
