Enlightenment

Enlightenment

‘Enlightenment is not a change into something better or more but a simple recognition of who we truly are’. (James Blanchard Cisneros)

‘Enlightenment is a destructive process. It has nothing to do with becoming better or being happier. Enlightenment is the crumbling away of untruth. It’s seeing through the facade of pretense. It’s the complete eradication of everything we imagined to be true’. (Adyashanti)

‘Enlightenment means rising above thought, not falling back to a level below thought, the level of an animal or a plant. In the enlightened state, you still use your thinking mind when needed, but in a much more focused and effective way than before’. (Eckhart Tolle)

You don’t need to travel to an ashram or temple or a place high up in the mountains to achieve an enlightened state or walk the spiritual path.

Although, if this is part of your journey, that is also fine.

Living a spiritual life can also happen to each of us in our own homes.

Inner Power

As we know from history and scriptures, Jesus, Guru Nanak, Buddha and many more of the great saints and teachers reached a high-level of vibration, which allowed them to tap into a higher wisdom and expanded consciousness.

This end state is not available to only a select few.

Each and every one of us has the power within us to tap into this higher level of consciousness.

All we need to do is start taking steps to cleanse and remove the dense, negative energies from our being.
