Everywhere you turn these days, yoga is there. 

What started for me as an exercise to increase flexibility and strength ended up as a journey into a whole new level of consciousness and awareness.

Be under no illusion. 

Yoga is not just a method to get fit and achieve your optimum body weight and shape. It is so much more than that. 

With an open mind, discipline, commitment and a willingness to explore the various elements of yoga, you can be well on your way towards finding balance in your life and your inner light.
