Do you really need to be on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and whatever else is out there?

I found that by not having social media and even TV, I have time to be an observer of my emotions and thoughts, which in turn results in making better decisions and taking the right steps towards a better-balanced version of myself.

Journal

Jot down in a journal whatever thoughts and ideas come into your mind at different times 
 to help get them out of your mind.

Review them consistently at later points.

I started this process of jotting down thoughts and ideas for the future.

I regularly reviewed them.

Not all were acted upon, but I discovered that many of the words or ideas helped shape this website and formed the basis of interactions with key people on my journey.
